Founder

I founded Variable X in 2019 to take training to the next level. With 14 years spent in the public safety field working in and alongside school districts and police departments, I bring a unique perspective on the efficacy of effective training.

Currently I am an active serving Police Officer in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada

Previously I worked for the provincial Organized Crime Agency with the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC). Before that I was the Vice President of Safer Schools Together, a private-sector government contractor. I spent several years delivering presentations and training throughout North America to well over 10,000 professionals.
