RCMP National Cybercrime Coordination Unit (NC3)
France is a retired civilian member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. She was the Manager of the Technological Crime Learning Institute at the Canadian Police College for more than twenty years. Her team has trained thousands of police officers from across Canada and countries from around the world. In April 2020, she joined the newly created National Cybercrime Coordination Unit(NC3) in the partnership/outreach team.
On April 12th, she will speak about the mandate of the NC3, the functional areas and the role that the intelligence team plays in coordinating/deconflicting cybercrime investigations in Canada.
